These are extracts from : apples, olive oil, gingseng, curcumin (a spice found in curry) and berries. I think it is better to rely on medicines, though, as you would need tons of these foods to achieve the same result! Very few people I know of are as bright as you in this regard. Liver failure is not terribly painful. Most of these folks lapse into comas and are unaware at death. Pain can almost always be controlled with good physician / nursing / hospice care.
